Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Distance Selling Directive), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving any reason. This applies to all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

What Can Be Returned

Only unopened, undamaged products in original packaging may be returned for a refund. Once a product is opened or used, it cannot be returned (food safety regulations prohibit the resale of opened food supplements).

Step 2: We will provide return instructions and a return address.

Step 3: Post your unopened item to the address provided.

Step 4: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Return Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In cases of defective products, we will refund the original shipping cost as well.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed to your original payment method (the bank account of the card you used, or via bank transfer if you paid by bank transfer). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order for free at any time before dispatch by contacting us during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30). Once your order has shipped, it falls under the 14-day returns policy above.

Exceptions

Food supplements with opened or tampered packaging cannot be returned for safety reasons. Damaged packaging or missing items should be reported immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) with photographic evidence.

If there is a genuine issue with your product (defect, damage, incorrect item), please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve it promptly, including offering a replacement or refund.
